Did the government rebuild south Florida after Andrew? No it did not. Business rebuilt it. So get off the BS of New Orleans. The government is doing the infrastructure just as they have done on every Hurricane that comes through.

After Rita the people down here in SE Texas rebuilt our own lives and New Orleans need to do the same.. maybe save someof that money they spend on Mari Gras instead but their just lazy... i mean look at that mayor all he can do is complain.

so you rather rebuild a city than stopping Terrorist's plan of multiple attack? You rather rebuild a ruin than stopping people, who will make some new ruins? You rather rebuild home for people than stopping terrorists who want to kill them?
