Sasuke is definitely one of the strongest. But after he leaves, I think definitely Neji or Naruto. Neji is extremely talented, as well as Shino/Shikamaru, but Naruto has immense chakra.

Unfortuneatly, I can't say exactly who I think. They all have good abilities. Whether it's TaiJutsu, GenJutsu, or just NinJutsu. And no, not Sasuke. Sure, he's got the Chidori, and Orochimaru's seal, but Neji's got Byakugan! Sure he has Byakugan, but Naruto has Rasengan(later on in the series, beside the Nine-Tails)! Sure he has Rasengan, but Shikamaru has a huge IQ! In other words, if they were all to fight against each other, they'd knock each other out at the same time. XD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sasuke left kononha so probably couldn't be him and he couldn't win Naruto either way the problem is who is the best of these Naruto,Sasuke(while he is still in the village),Rock Lee & Neji.
But for me the best is Rock Lee because let's say he takes his wieghts of his feet,opens his 5gates of life (or wathever they r called i forgot) & takes some wine or wathever so he gets drunk then he would be unbeatble.

it is defenately Naruto. think about it naruto have completed his resengan (which took the 4th Hokage 3 months to complete) and besides that, Naruto also know how to cummond his Cubi (the frog and his own Cubi 9 tail fox) which Sasuke doesn know.

Of course it is naruto!!he has the kyuubi kitsune inside him!he also has great potential and dtermination to improve himself and get stronger,if someone beats him he will get stronger and beat that guy who defeated him hehe plus naruto is the only one in his class that is still a genin,the rest are either chuunin or jounin which makes him older,stronger and experienced than the rest =)

i think it naruto because after two years past he is still gennin and he upgraded in his demon form with tails but past the fourth tail he cant tell a person from a friend or foe.
