If he has left, you have every right to go and turn the music off. Even better, tune the station to like country or classical and turn it up really loud so that when he goes to turn it on the next time, it will blast him.

The best thing to do is to ask him first to turn it off or down. Than that way he can't say you didn't ask. If that doesn't work than tell a supervisor because taking matters into your own hands might get you fired.

He is a VERY rude person, if I were you I would go in tur nit off myself, but just 2 be safe I think you should tell your supervisor what he has been doing, and then ask him could you turn it off?

Theoretically, you could get in trouble. Is there a supervisor or boss-type person you can ask?
What kind of music is it? Just curious.

just go turn it off. If you get in trouble say he left and forgot to turn it off, and it was distracting you. Tonight, go buy a set of headphones and put them on top of his stereo anonymously before he gets to work in the morning

ask your supervisor if you can turn it off, or better yet ask his superior to do it so you're not involved in messing with his stuff. sounds like a real ***. I would complain about his habits but emphasize you don't want him to know it's you.

That's extremely inconsiderate of him. Go turn it off. If anyone has anything to say about it, it will be him looking unprofessional.
