How Do I start a book report on polar bears?

In the library (where they keep the paper things we call books) you will find a card cataloque that will lead you to a book on the subject of polar bears. HOWEVER, you likely were assigned a REPORT on Polar bears which is a completely different animal than a BOOK REPORT.
