It's normal. This is the stuff the Drs. "forget" to tell you about. Same goes for when I had my tubes "tied" after my last baby. I couldn't believe how much more pain I was having around my hip bones after the c-section. They kept you in the hospital for about 4 days, back then. The second or third day, I mentioned to one of the nurses, that I was having awful hip pain. She asked if I'd had my tubes done! That was the reason! They just don't tell you these things. I think that's why women enjoy talking with other women. They find out they are truly not alone! Just take things easy, walk when you can(helps the gas move). It will be at least another 3 weeks before you feel Human. You've had major surgery...Congrats on a safe delivery.

Yeah it happened to me. It still bothers a bit (tingles) when is too cold and my c-section was 3 1/2 years ago. Try to rest don't strain yourself too much have someone help you with the lifting of heavy things. Hope you get better soon.

This is normal after any type of birth.
Gas, well, that is only solved by one thing...
The dry skin and throat, that's just hormones, and are you breastfeeding, that makes you more thirsty. Use a good moisturiser and drink lots and lots of water :)

Congratulations on your baby!
