"To Date (derived from succeeding address):" I'm providing my home address history. I gave the one previous to the one I live in now, but there's a section that reads "From Date" following what I quoted at the top of this paragraph. I hope I was clear enough in my question. Thank you.

They are asking from what date did you live at that address. i.e. if you lived in Chicago IL, fro 1995 to 1997 you would put 1995 then in Atlanta GA from 1997 to present you would put 1997. Hope this helps.

From is when you began living there and to is the last date you lived there.

You lived at 123 Main st from 1/1/01 to 1/1/06.

If that's what you meant...?? Your qording was a little confusing.

2005-2007(present) ;111 Any Street, Main USA...
2002-2005 ;111 This and That Way, Main USA.....
1995-2002 ; 111 This way.... Main USA....
It should look some what like that..... hope that helps.

That just means that there should not be any, unaccounted for time between the two entries.
