I believe the answer is 81. You have 13 cards, 3 are face cards and the remaining 10 have the corresponding number of diamonds on display, add 1 through 10 = 55. Plus, each o the 13 cards also has a diamond on 2 of the corners (top and bottom) so that's another 26, so, 26 + 55 = 81 diamonds.
