It's possible -- fish have survived worse! But in order to get through it, your betta needs peace and quiet, and preferably a dark, still place in your home, but most importantly, good clean water. If she's in a bowl, change the water at LEAST every other day. That will create some stress, but adding ammonia poisoning to her injury is worse, in my opinion.
I hope she's in a filtered, cycled, heated tank where her chances will be better. If not, you can get a small set-up for not a lot of money. You don't have to buy a whole kit. Do some comparison shopping and see if it isn't cheaper to buy just the tank, filter, heater, and one bushy silk plant. You don't even need gravel at first.
Good luck! And for future security, a cover on her tank is not only a good idea for keeping cats out, it can help keep your betta IN. Bettas are notorious jumpers.

Been there, my dog actually drank her bowl dry then proceeded to tip her bowl over and left her to a drought on my kitchen floor over night. If you can believe it , SHE SURVIVED . Picked her up off the floor (in the AM hours later) put her in some fresh water and she lived another 3 years !! Betas are VERY VERY hardy fish, and hard to kill. Leave her be, dont force the food , too much food will raise the ammonia level in the water and harm her damaged scales. All she needs is a good clean bowl and a small amount of food and ALOT of rest !! good luck !!!

If it's still alive, put it in fresh declorinated water - I assume it was in a bowl? If so add some Stress Coat to the water ( you can get it at Wal-Mart or a petshop). Follow the directions, about a teaspoon to a normal size goldfish bowl is safe. It has aloe in it, and will help heal his fins.

make sure she's in a comfortable environment, lime a large bowl with distilled water. Sometimes the fish just don't eat while you're watching and then they'll eat later. This happened to me also.
