Nothing. Beauty is made up by media. The media, hollywood, etc. Show you people who they say are "beautiful" They show you thin girls. So you may think being thin is beautiful, sexy, etc. But look back to the 1950's, when magizenes such as Playboy were created, women featured in them and women in hollywood were a bit more "meaty" than todays society. Therefore beauty is different amongst everyone. But some people fall into the scheme that is Media. Hope this helps. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

I think a guy is hot if--
--He has a nice smile and smiles at me, not just to the world at large
--He's honest and considerate of other people, especially the ones who aren't the "in" crowd
--His hair and skin are really clean
--He's smart and has a well-modulated voice. Uses proper grammar and reads books.
--He has lots of body hair and is proud of it
--He never whines about anything; no chips on his shoulder
--He doesn't act like he knows he's hot
--He thinks I'M hot!

There's actually an interesting bit of research taken from the Hot-or-not website showing generic faces at various ratings.
Beauty is skin deep. It seems to be related to symmetry and big eyes.
Hot is nice for the eyes.
Trouble is ... what lies beneath!

Unique personality, charm, honesty....chemistry between two persons has to work (that's beyond fullfilling any of "paterns")....they just have to click. With it all the humor - making jokes, fun will start. Sharing their thoughts, sharing their life...and many more things.
It's a hard question and personally i think that what makes one hot is the whole impression of that person...

what makes a person hot is actually confidence.. like if you think your hot others percieve you to be... for eample i had a friend who was seriously ugly and heavy... but she conveyed hersef as hot.. and she got a lot of guys... and she did look hot.. its wierd.. hot and sexy is about the same.. its weird ... which i think is good though... i think that answers if old people have sex lol.. if they feel sexy then they think they are sexy

I think someone is hot when he's confident. It doesn't matter what he's wearing, what car make he's driving. If someone is comfortable in his own skin.... that's someone really hot to me. ;)
