Most places sell more than just jeans even if you go to a jeans manufacturer site, alot of them sell t-shirts with their logos on them nowadays as well. You can try www.gap.com as they sell size 0 (xs) jeans and are available on their website. Hollister sells a size 00 jeans on their website available at-

....This is just a couple examples for you as I am not sure what brand or style you are looking for, but you can start with these. Good luck in your search.

Im a size zero also, and I have purchased jeans online only to get them home and they are falling off of me. Size zero runs big depending on who the maker is. I wouldnt suggest it for us smaller frames, you need to actually go to the store to try them on. For example, size zero at pac-sun fits me every time, size zero at abercrombie fits everytime, but size zero in mudd fits only if the cut is right (straight leg, boot leg, slim cut, etc). I have purchase 3 pairs of Mudd where all three fit TOTALLY different and they were all size zero. Good luck !!
