You should eat more!! You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight!! it has been well documented that if you eat the right foods you will lose weight quicker than starving yourself and you will be healthier. Do you always feel tired or on top of the world???
If you feel tired eat more, I'm sorry but it is much more important that having ripper abs. I know this answer wont earn me 10 points but for your healths sake i don't care.
Look after yourself properly dude

Start eating breakfast and lunch. Keep up the running. Doing crunches will not help you lose weight, they will only tone your muscles. Do more cardio, add some weights (muscle mass burns calories) and make sure you eat a big brekky and a healthy lunch.
Bad news - if you continue to skip breakfast and lunch, your body will think you're starving your self and will hold on to any fat you may have.

I have no idea what your healthy weight range should be because i only know it in kilos and centimetres. Find a site that will work out your BMI and that will tell you how much weight you need to lose. From my rough calculations and knowledge of weight conversion I don't think you are overweight.
Crunches tones muscle, it doesn't shift fat. To shift fat you need to do cardio, exercise that makes you puff. To lose weight aim for 30 mins a day. Toning muscle is also important but you can have toned muscles underneath the fat and never know.
Your main problem is that you aren't eating properly. You need to eat breakfast, thats a big one. It gets your metabolism going and helps you burn fat through the day. Skipping meals makes your body think its starving and it holds onto fat stores. Very unhealthy thing to do. You then are more likely to binge and over eat at dinner.
Have a balanced three meals a day. Lots of fruit, vegies and protein. Exercise and drink lots of water. Do not crash diet, its evil and unhealthy.
Good luck!

You can NOT spot reduce fat.
You a pre-programmed to gain and lose fat in a certain order
due to your genetics.
Crunches does NOT burn fat only on your stomach.
They burn fat in relation to energy exerted, according to your
genetic make-up.
They do build the abdominal muscles, through the process of hypertrophy.
The best way to lose fat is to pick an exercise that is the most
intense cardiovascular/aerobic one that you enjoy.
The formula is fairly simple and hasn't changed:
Fat burned=calories consumed-calories burned.
BTW 'tone' has no relation to physiology.
People like to use it, but there is no such thing.
You can either build muscle and/or lose fat, that's it.
Tone relates to sound, not your body.

Work on your heart rate, the higher it is, the more calories you'll burn. You can work out all you want, but if your heart rate is not high, you'll barely burn anything. I do 50-75 crunches, run 3+ miles. I barley get warmed up at 1 mile, so I have to do more to feel like I got anything out of it.

If you dont look fat theres nothing to worry about. I'm sure you look lovely. Dont skip a meal. Eat something that will help give you a fast metabolism. I hear apples and spicy food is good at that.

well, what is it that you are crunching? Seriously it would benefit you best if you are only going to have one meal a day then that meal should be breakfast. You would be amazed at how much difference that makes.

I would recommend 150-250, increasing gradually... And it's good you want to get in shape, but you're not fat, and you really shouldn't skip meals... =-)

crunches will not make you lose weight. they only work the upper abs ... not the lower where the junk usually falls
dont skip meals! its leaving you malnutrished, and slows your metbolism.
