Drawing probabilities:

The first Draw, you have a 6 in 20 chance of getting a Red Chip.

If that is successful, you then have a 5 in 19 chance, followed by a 4 in 18 chance.

Therefore, your probability of geting 3 red is 6/20 * 5/19 * 4/18
Do the math yourself.

Your chances of getting Blue Red Blue are:

5/20 Blue
6/19 Red
4/18 Blue (only 4 left if you got one the first time)

Therefore your chances of the sequence are 5/20 * 6/19 * 4/18
