If you mean start wrestling then it's best to sign up with a good local academy in your area.Better to start from scratch learn how to fall learn the moves etc.As time goes on you get more proficient & learn how to "work" matches.
Send a video of your matches or whatever to the WWE developmental school OVW.If you're good enough that's the training ground for a lot of the current WWE stars.Good luck!

The best way to start wrestling, I would go to the gym and start working out!

omg, you people are dimwits...he means START wrestling. Get into shape, go to a training school. If it's not OVW or the Funkin' Conservatory, get trained, then do shows for 3-5 years. Send WWE a highlight package of your matches. They'll then probably watch it and consider you for a developmental contract.

ldnwrestling.com you can book yourself to train at their school in London or go to America more specifically 7 Ritner Street Philadelphia, the New Alhambra Arena (old ECW Arena) and get trained for $3000 (£1800) to wrestle for CZW (Combat Zone Wrestling) which would be better because they train all styles like lucha libre, pure technical and others, or you can learn to be a referee, manager, valet, commentator it doesn't matter you will be taught how to perform a good promo.
