More pleasurable sex isn't the only benefit of Kegal exercises. There is also better bladder control/leakage control, and a higher sensitivity in those lower regions.
Kegals help greatly for intercourse. Many men notice the difference when you tighten those muscles and when you don't. Plus with the strengthening of those muscles you actually become "smaller". By doing that you get heightened sensitivity when you have intercourse.
Those muscles also help control your bladder and your urethra. Some women have "leaks" during the day, or some always feel they have to pee, doing kegal exercises helps alot there too. AS you do the exercises you gain awareness of surrounding muscles and such, so that you can control those better as well.

Kegals or pelvic floor exercises, are often used to improve bladder control in women. They involve learning to exercise the pubococcygeus muscles. If this is practised it can also be used during sex to tighten around the penis. This can icrease pleasure for both partners.

Pelvic floor muscles act like a hammock and support the uterus, bowel and bladder. They also protect the entrances to the vagina, urethra and anus. They must be strong to prevent leaking, incontinence and prolapse (the slipping out of place of an organ).
so the benefits are...no tena lady tee hee

For women who have just had a baby, it helps to strengthen and tight muscles in the pubic area in order for her to regain control of certain bodily functions (such as urination). Some women actually complain of losing a bit of urine doing some activity such as laughing or lifting, especially after they have just had a baby. The doctor should advise them to do these exercises to help them regain strength in that area. Oh yeah, and as sex is concerned, it is also good for women and men to enjoy. Women can enjoy more pleasurable sex and stimulate their partner to make it more pleasurable for them.
