I never did but my brother who lives in Fla once got a cockroach in his ear...He said he could hear it crawling around and it made a screeching noise...He had to go to the Drs to get it removed...Its not funny, but to hear him tell the story, I laughed soooooo hard!

when at primary school a wasp went inside my ear and just made it´s self at home , I had buzzing in my ear for a month after that . not a nice thing to happen
