How to turn on ("boot") a computer.
How to shut down a computer.
How to open, view, write and send e-mail.
How to open and use a word processor for simple documents.
How to view pictures.
How to playback a music CD.
How to playback a DVD.
How to play a game such as Solitaire.
How to load a file (word processor, image, etc.) into the computer.
How to load software.
