Tellers which are now called customer service reps... branch manager, assistant manager, loan officer... there are a lot of other jobs that are possibilities like auditer and even receptionist at a larger branch.

There are all kinds of jobs in baking including teller and customer service postions but also, there are a ton of jobs "behind the scenes."
To find out more, I recommend looking at the jobs listed on Hot Jobs or Career Builder or look at the web sites hosted by national banks.
When the ATM or banking machines were first introduced, I had a job showing people the correct way to use them. I worked with bilingual people.
There is a college called The American Institute of Banking. What you as a customer see is the front face of the industry. There are loan officers, bank managers...

mortgage brokers, tellers, customer service, IT ATM credit card. You can actually speak with someone who works in the bank and do what they call an informational interview.

management roles are the best with banks so its important to work from the bottom up...
