There is a website i go to to watch tv shoes and stuff, on my desktop computer it works fine, but on my laptop, i have a wireless router, it doens't work. i press play but it doesn't. whats wrong and how do i fix it

There is a video program that the website uses to play the videos

Well does your laptop have the same hardware in it as the desktop? Did you look at the requirements of the website mabeye your laptop doesnt have the requirements.

call microsoft. I do it all the time and they really help you.. Trust me I call and they know my name lol thats pretty sad.
