First, we need to look at the primaries.
REP: no front runner. McCain will fall. Guilani is going nowhere. Brownback is nuts. Gingrich has too many skeletons. Romney is too liberal. That leaves Huckabee. I'm calling a dark horse here.
DEM: Edwards or Obama. Clinton is too polarizing to get the nod. the others stand no chance this year.
Overall: With the current political climate, it's looking Dem, but things can change.

Probably a Democrat. My money is on John Edwards. Look for Hilary and Obama to kill each other during the campaign. Edwards will sneak in as a fresh face with "real answers" and no nasty campaign. Then watch Edwards pick Obama as his VP. Hilary, good or bad, has too much history and may scare off too many voters. I think they'll beat the McCain/Guliani ticket, but I think it's going to be closer than some people think.

Rep: McCain
Indep : Obama
Dem: Clinton
Obama will take some voters from each party, leaving a minority of the votes as the victor, much like 92 election with Ross Perot. Say 39% of the people will vote for McCain, 24% Obama, 37% Clinton.

Isn't it a little early for a decision? We have lots of time
before election day for everybody's dirty laundry to get
air time. I saw twins on a tv show who have been right
on seeing into the future, and they wouldn't say who would
win, but they did say Obama would not. Algore,? I think
not!!!!!!!!!! I don't think Hillary is that well liked and she has a million skeletons in her back closet (like Vince Foster, Whitewater, FileGate, mysterious murders of people in her background, etc). So, it's all really still up for grabs in both partys......let's wait awhile and then do some serious guessing.

Well my guess & that is all anyoe can do at this point since even the choicing of canidates much less the primaries have not been held is R. Gullani. he is a middle conservative that people remember fondly from after 9-11.
I would like Mitt Romney but religious bigotry is too strong for him to have much of a chance

I seriously think that Hilary Clinton could have a shot. after all the debaucles of the past 8 years this country and it's people are tired of republican leadership. There seem to be a lot of scandals regarding republicans in the White House as well as congress. If not Hilary Clinton then most definately a democrat.

A little better phrased and more provocative before opening but it is the same question asked at least 3 or 4 times every day, day after day, after day. "Who is going to win in 08?"
Serious answer: Listen, pay attention to all the candidates, don't be lazy, don't get on the bandwagon but, think and decide for yourslef who you want and vote for them.
