Yes, I have always got pregnant the day before my period. The doctor said it is "normal" for me. I ovulate and have a period at the same time. I have had two pregnancies (one miscarriage, one full term healthy boy).

lol it is not ALWAYS possible....there is a very distinct time frame that a woman is ovulating each month. The reason it is so hard to know for sure is because each woman has her own biological cycle that is right for her. However, even if you know your "normal" this can change due to stress and other environmental changes that affect the woman. It should also be remembered that many times a pregnancy occurs when people fail to realize that sperm can live inside the vagina for quite possibly several days.
