It really depends on the situation that is happening that I can try to control my feelings, but if I can't I just go to another room a let it out.

Many people say that u cant control ur feelings, but if u dont think about it, u can somehow control it...but i dont think u can prevent falling in love with soemone.

I control my thoughts and alter my perceptions and responses but not always my feelings.
but we can to a degree lie to ourselves and feel happy and force a smile and our minds will actually produce biochemicals to produce happy feelings.
some feelings just arent controllable like love we love people like our parents even if they were abusive bastards
