They'd have to amend the Constitution for that to happen. In any case, anything that has the slightest chancy of putting Tony Blair anywhere near power again (even by proxy) is too much risk to take - he claimed Iraq had WMDs, would you really put him in the same room as the person with the Big Red Button(tm)?

Tony Booth was in Til Death Us Do Part (Alf Garnett) in the 1960s. The subsequent films were not porn films. They were shown in mainstream UK cinemas (I would agree with you if you had said they were crap).
