what is the name and artiste of the song played at the ending of Air The Movie, when the credits show up? :)

There were two endings:

#1: "Farewell song" by Lia
#2: "If Dreams Came True" by Eri Kawai

If it's not that singer who sang the beginning then it's the second one.
