Do I tell his wife or keep my mouth shut and back off? (backing off is a definete)

I didn't know they were married because she works completely opposite of him. Another neighbor (large apartment building) advised me he was married and to whom. I don't want to get involved, I just don't think it's fair for him to get away with this kind of activity. We were dating for 6 months, but I'm also gone frequently, so I didn't pick up on it.

i would not involve myself with his wife, she will find him out soon enough, just distance yourself from him and leave it alone. why involve yourself in this, and maybe have an angry hurting irrational wife after u. never tell on yourself if there is no gain for u. let her worry about her own husband, she may already feel her marriage is in trouble.

Since this woman is your neighbor, I wouldn't tell her unless you want your tires slashed or something. I would definately back off and have nothing to do with this guy. I would only tell the wife if the neighbor persisted and wouldn't take no for an answer, and then I would tell her that you didn't know the guy you were dating was married or that she was his wife, and you are telling her only because you felt she had the right to know and because you stopped dating him once you found out but he won't stop trying to date you. That will hopefully let you off the hook and do her a favor. She can decide how to handle it from there. You could tell the guy if he persists that if he doesn't stop, you will tell his wife. I would walk away also; however, since you are neighbors, you might run into him/her frequently, so you have to figure out how to handle that one...did other people in the neighborhood see you together??? Think about it, and maybe it would be good to tell the wife because otherwise you might be the 'bad' one in the neighborhood...it's kinda delicate since mostlikely the wife would believe him unless he's done it before...

Keep your mouth shut, and end the relationship totally and forever with this guy. Don't accept any phone calls, letters, emails or gifts. Dump him, but don't tell. His wife will find out believe me, as he will try to cheat again.

I would keep my mouth shut. Why ask for trouble. After all, you were not the one who cheated, and lied. You didn't no the basta** was married. Just stay away from the jerk-wad from now on.

i don't think i would believe you if you told me. because how could you know about his wife and you are neighbors? you should definitely back off.
