Ovulation and Mood Swings?

Question

I've read somewhere on the internet that between ur 14-18 days when ovulation happens, that is affects your mood just like ur period does. Is that true? coz i guess this is whats happening to me :|

about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks before my period my mood changes drastically, i believe i may have pmdd. a more severe form of pms, i get very angry, i throw stuff, i say mean and hurtful things to my husband and kids, i get depressed, its awful. but when my period comes on within a couple of days i'm back to normal. maybe you have pmdd to.(premenstrual dysphoric disorder). i hope this helps.
