A High School soccer coach makes his/her decisions about a player according to the rest of the players. Let's say that the team players are really good and have a strong knowledge of the game then the coach would like to recruit players that are about the same level as the other players. However if the team is weak and not too many players show a lot of talent then the coach would be looking for discipline, dedication, heart, and the desire to be part of the team. It is always good to show good leadership. Be in good shape regardless of the kind of team your high school is... Good Luck!!

Well, it shouldnt matter if its a high school coach or a club coach. You should show your leadership skills, cooperation, and how to adjust with your team. You need to show you arent a person who talks trash and all that good stuff. Some key stuff to show your the coach is that you can use ur opposite foot meaning you are a versatile player.

depends on ur athleticism really, and if ur willing to spend hours to practice. I have never played organized soccer, but I am going to play for my school next year because i am interested and i have been asked to by others. It is because i am the fastest sprinter in my grade so as i said, athleticism is important, and i am going to practice my butt off in the summer and i hope u do the same
