The last word in the sentence should be "Amore", pronounced "A - mor - ay", which means love in Italian (I think), or at any rate one of the languages that came from Latin. "Amor" means "love" in Latin. The line is from an old Dean Martin song--probably from the 50's, called That's Amore. As far as what the line actually means, like many lines from songs, in and of itself, it means little. I think the writer was making lots of comparisons about how to tell you are in love. "When the moon hits your eye" just means when the light from the moon reaches your eye, i.e. when you see it. "Like a big pizza pie" probably means that the moon is full and round like a pizza and also that it is something that might be desirable. In other words, when the moon looks extra big (like the size of a huge pizza) and bright and romantic, you're probably in love.
