You know that the SAT is now scored out of 2400, right? The three subjects are reading, writing, and math.

Math covers arithmetic, math reasoning, algebra I, geometry, and a bit of algebra 2.

Reading covers critical reading and sentence completion (vocab).

Writing covers an essay (written in 25 min) and grammar.

Analogies (19 questions) -- These questions measure your knowledge of the meanings of words and your ability to see a relationship between a pair of words and to recognize a similar or parallel relationship.

Sentence completions (19 questions) -- These measure your knowledge of the meanings of words and your ability to understand how the parts of a sentence logically fit together.

Critical reading (40 questions) -- These measure your ability to read and think carefully about a single passage or pair of related passages.

There are also three types of math questions on the SAT I:
Five-choice multiple-choice (35 questions)
Four-choice multiple-choice (15 questions that focus on the concepts of equalities, inequalities and estimation)
Student-produced response (10 questions that have no answer choices provided)
IT IS LIMITED TO 3 HOURS
I took it like 2 years ago...It sucks...Imagine , you have only 25 Min to make a long essay, they don't give us a subject, they give us a phrase or something similar...You will find a lot of odd words and you will have to guess their meaning, also you will find that 25 min isn't sufficient to finish 45 questions.

The math section is not that hard but sometimes is better to leave the question in blank because they don't count the blank bubble. So if you are not sure about the answer leave it in blank..if you answered wrong that will be -1.....

I got 1400 but I don't know English very well but YOU CAN DO IT, don't get frustrate

First learn how to form a proper sentence. Then go get yourself a review book, or if you can afford it, a tutor.
