Yep... well... women can. Women do it all the time....
Go to the OB/GYN and ask about the procedure... and they will tell you how much it costs. All they're doing is sewing a woman's opening back up just so she can be re-torn back open later... but hey, it's kept many girls I know from "dishonoring" their families and future husbands.
In some countries, having a "bloody" wedding night is mandatory.
If you're a guy who wants this "new virginity" for himself... well... sorry... I guess you'll just have to lie about it. It's not like there's any proof that you're not a virgin.
