I am a vegetarian and I have had many alternative meats - plain and simple, tofurkey is not very good at all. First, the flavor is not very good. It tries too much to be meat and it ends up having an artificial, cardboard-like flavor. Second, the texture is really bad. It's very moist, but it is rubbery. It's like chewing on a sponge. Finally, the stuffing inside the tofurkey isn't even very good.
In my opinion, it's better just to stick with tofu. Imitation meats just aren't the same.

In case you don't know this valuable informatin lol :D...tofu comes in a brick (seriously a tofu brick) and it has a mushroom like texture...and you can make it taste like anything you want it to, including meats...thats why vegetarians eat it...I'm a vegetarian and I like it okay. People usually don't like anything tofu because of the texture...I hate it to but it tastes good so whatever. :D I hope this helped in some way lol
