The phone being used is one in the same and when I try to open a video it will not give me the option to pick what I want to use to open it with.

I'm sorry my question wasn't good, the pics and video are being sent to my Yahoo e-mail. I can open the pics but not the video the e-mail . It will not give me the options like the pics do , what to open it with like windows media player.. These are coming from a cell phone, the new A/T is the phone.

You need to list what phone you have and provider.
Your phone is not able to stream video. And if you could you would have to pay the cell phone company to enable the feature.
Also, same phone from two DIFFERENT companies may have different features disabled too.
