Keep your weight centered.
Do not "wind up."
Spot your head quicker then your double.
Practice your balancing.. try holding you posse (sp) for at least 8 counts.
Make sure you have momentum.
Pull up. Try to go as high as possible.
Focus on your getting your tripple, don't be thinking about anything else.
Don't pay attention to what is around you.
I did this comb. and I got mine everytime:

Drag, ball change (into fourth position), tripple pirouette.

I hope that helped. But here is what you must remember: Pull up and spot!

Spot harder! There is not to big of a defference in a double and triple so if you spot harder you should be able to get around that third time. The neck is a very strong muscle and so it will bring around the rest of the body. Also make sure you are engaing all of your muscles. Afew more tips are to put ALL your weight into your front foot ( when you prepare check you are doing this by lifting up your back leg and see if you are completely balanced over that front foot) and to use imagery such as your leg being a tree stump with roots in your ball of your foot pulling into the ground and your head like a hot air balloon floating straight up into the air.

plea deep enough to get you around three times, you need lots of momentum
spot, but don't jurk your head tooo fast!-i did that before and fell over!
look at your alignment in the mirror, are you controlling it properly?
also go over the basics this is what we do to get a perfect turn
1. tondue with right foot to second position with arms straight across
2. bring tondue back and bring right arm leftward to face the wall in front of you
3. plea (as in preperation)
4.then bring leg into paralel passe (arms in first position)
5.bring arms gently down, lower leg plea and stand
6.reapeat steps 1-5 another time
7.repeat steps 1-5 but when in passe go into releve-dunno how its spelled☺
8. repeat steps one through 3 but in preperation, really prepare and go to turn out passe and releve☺and turn to face back then repeat so yur facing front
9. do steps 1-3 and do a full turn to face the front (don't forget to spot!) then do step five repeat once more
10. do steps 1-3 remember to get a good plea and spot do a double turn to face front and then step five repeat once more
11. do steps 1-3 really plea this time and spot spot spot! do a triple pirouette and land by step five reapeat once more
12 do steps 1-11 on left leg
hope i helped! its especailly good if you do this in front of the mirror so you can adjust things just so -if too hard practice on bar or hold onto something
bye!

A few things that helped me get mine were, think about keeping your passe up, think that you are lifting your torso up higher and higher the whole time but that you are pressing your shoulders down against it, and of course spot!

Hope that helps!!
