That would be interesting if it happened. A trio of McGrady, Yao and Francis with Mobley in the 2guard spot and Howard in the PF spot. Then they'd have great players coming off the bench.
That being said, definitely won't happen this season, probably won't happen at all.

If the Rockets want to regress from what they have obtained this year in a playoff berth, then they can go ahead. Francis is done due to injury and Mobley is old and is just a perimeter player. They are both veteran guys that should only be playing 20-25 minutes a nighht at max.

NOT ME! Luther Head has flourished in Van Gundy's up tempo play with Yao out. Even then he was a coinsitent scorer defender. Alston is a good PG for there system. Then there is Bonzi wells O yeah that guy Mcgrady nope I dont think Rockets need or should rteunite with francis or Mobley.

i don't think so, because mobley has found a place that is good for him!
francis is just an overratted player, that needs to be a side kick to someone!

Well the trade deadline has passed. I think the Rockets would welcome back Mobley, but I don’t think they would re-sign Francis.

What would they accomplish this time that they didn't accomplish last time? It's not like either of these guys was a threat to win a title.
