would i use glow in the dark, neon, etc? *idk if this is in the right category but oh well haha

you need to go and get like glow in the dark paint or markers

White shows up really good under a black light. Gives it a purplish glow. Also any florescent color will work. Just use fabric paint. Ya can buy it ready to use in tubes. Multi colors and florescents too. Have fun.

most laundry detergents glow under blacklights. you can get creative with this because it washes out. you can just paint it on with a brush or your finger and then let it dry. depending on the color of the detergent and the color of the shirt you could come up with something that is "invisible" under normal lights and only shows under black lights.

If you only want it to be seen in the dark a UV marker is the way to go. They have colored ones too. You can find these at party stores.

If you're a total sicko, then blood works well.
