He was a Facist- he combined the military and business into one government you hear peopel call that a military- industrial complex. . He allied Italy with the Nazis. He did terrrible things, adn he wasnt particularaly good at usign the military to create wealth adn protect the wealthy/ military/ country rulers, which is the whole point behind facism.
he spoke from high positions liek hsi balconey to look down on everyone - liek hitler liked to do - you know how in the lion king Scar is talkign to the hyenas from up on his rock adn they are marchign in front of him? - just like that.

He was a Fascist and He spoke from his balcony. He started the National Fascist Party but before this he was a Socialist.
