"Coach Carter" starring Samuel L. Jackson

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

In Good Company with Dennis Quaid, Topher Grace, and Scarlett Johanssen.
It's got realist views of leadership and what works and doesn't work - and I love that it makes fun of bull$h*t business lingo...
This is going to sound goofy, but the entire subplot in 13 going on 30, with the revamp of the magazine, is interesting.
Then there is Wall Street. Doesn't "Greed is Good" work as a tool to get everyone involved in his vision?
Happy hunting.

I think the movie rize is a good one. With Tommy the clown everyone in that movie gave him props as a creator and a leader. i thought the unique thing was that even though he came up with this style of dance he still had his problems i.e( house was burglarized and he was evicted) he still was trying to be a postitive person and still lived his dream.

The Godfather (half seriously)
But seriously, how about "Rob Roy" - a man who bases his leadership on his trustworthiness even while surrounded by the most untrustworthy adversaries.
