Change your credit cards by informing the bank that they are being used illegally. The bank will change them. Contact the local credit bureau and inform them of what is happening. They can take measures to put a stop or block into your credit, temporarily for the time being, to prevent further intrusions.

You can also contact the courts and ask for a protecting order and/or restraining order forcing him to cease and desist his activities.

I would finally transfer my funds to another banking institution so he does not have access to them.

One last thing and I do not know if this would work. Contact the Social Security office and see if you can change numbers.

Call your creditor and your bank..an tell them that youare going through a divorce, and tell them your husband is not allowed to use your cards. Cancel your cards and get new ones. Then I would call him, and tell him to use his own credit..you may still have his last name..but you don't belong to him...and neither does your credit. Then I would talk to a lawyer..and get him for everything that he's got...It would be more helpful to your lawyer if you had a police report from him hitting you...but you probably don't have one....good luck sweetie!
