Americans don't WANT a Constitution anymore.
They want the WORD "Constitution" because it sounds all high and mighty, but they don't know or care what the word actually means.
So as most Americans would never say but they actually mean: Go jam your outdated ideologies up your ***, and I'll see you in hell.
Cuz that's where I'll be too, after I die trying to protect that old, outdated piece of White House Toilet paper.

Seriously, though, I think you should fight in court, and when you lose, then decide if you'd rather head for the hills or just shoot bureaucrats from your porch until they shoot you back.

The 2nd was the only right that protected all the others with a force to reisit the force of a government gone outside its limitation.
Too damn late and what is left of the Constitution is dead and long gone.
People do not need the Constittuion today they believe in Governemtn as the sole DECIDER.
To all you red necks of "From my cold dead hands" of course they are cold the mind went cold a long time ago.

I don't think we're anywhere near having to use arms against the government, though the government's mishandling of the armed forces might just incite another angry nation to try something with us. I'm already "using" my rights to keep and bear arms. As of now, however, there's nothing that needs killing, so I shoot paper. When some poor moron decides its time to invade us, I'll be sure to be among those who convince him that it's a bad idea.

You don't shoot someone for being stupid, you only shoot them for threatening life and property. As of now, and for the foreseeable future, our power as voters still holds. When that no longer works, well, the whole country will have already gone to crap by then...

I don't own a gun but I definately would take up arms if it were to protect my family and property. The army and police should be doing that but you are inferring they are whom I will battle, is that it? I may have to resort to home made bombs directed at the agressor. Blow up a vehicle or two. You know how that is?

If you like the property, fight it.

If you like the money, sell!

This is an age old problem. Citizens can own land at the permission of the government. Governmental needs come first, even if it means building a tax revenue producing high rise that benefits big business.

Ummm... join a well regulated militia under the control of my state government.

I guarantee I wouldn't sit on the front porch with a rifle mumbling about takin' out the revenue man...

Why not get an attorney?

Take up arms? LOL, I don't have enough arms to handle all of my guns especially with all of my ammo too. I have enough to supply a small army including grenades and RPGs.

If the Dems keep pushing for more socialism and taking away our rights to spend our money as WE see fit, it might be time to take up arms against them.

Wait a second. You're comparing 'eminent domain' abuse with the right to bear arms?

These two hardly have anything in common.

If they offer you fair market value, take it and move somewhere else.
