In 10 mins you can do almost everything!! Use some tinted moisturiser on your skin. Curl your eye lashes with an eyelash curler, eyeliner usually takes time if u r not a pro so skip that, after curling your eye lashes if u still need mascara go for the transparent one so that even if u smudge it won't spoil your face and u can wipe it off with a dry tissue without worrying about any black color on your face. Smile and put some blush on the apples of your cheeks, and some lip gloss and voilla 10 mins and u r ready to go!!

1 1/2 min- Get a good powder and a good powder brush. Brush it evenly over your face and blend it into your neck. (If you have blemishes, get a concealer than matches your skin. Blot on blemishes and rub to blend into skin before you add powder. This should only take you an extra 30-60 sec.)
2 1/2 min- Get a multi-colored (3) eye shadow pack. Brush the lightest color over your entire eyelid, up to your eyebrow. Then take the darkest color and make a triangle in the outside corner of your eye. Take the medium color and blend from your eyelid up.
2 min- Get an eyeliner that matches your eye brows. If you have lighter eyebrows, go for a brown liner. If you have dark eye brows go for a charcoal to black eyeliner. Line your eyes starting with the upper lid. Line from the outside corner to just 3/4 of the way acrossed your eye. Don't line the whole way b/c it makes your eyes look smaller. Line your lower lid the same way, just a little lighter.
2 min- Get a good mascara, preferably one with the dual wands (one for lengthening, one for seperating). Make your eye wide and brush your upper lashes up and out. Do the same thing with the lower lashes.
2 min- Get a good tinted lip gloss. One that adds a little color and a lot of shine. Put this in your purse for touchups during the day.
There you go, great makeup in 10 minutes!!!

Practice practice practice. Or just good old fashioned practice :)
When you have time to make a clown of yourself and know you aren't going to be disturbed - sit down on your bed with your make-up bag and NO mirror. Then you apply your make-up (mirrorless).
If you do this a few times you'll soon see where you went wrong and be able to correct it the next times, without looking in a mirror. It won't take long and it'sactually quite fun.
A good tip is also to just have a small favourite make-up bag where you keep just your very favourite items - otherwise you'll waste time just deciding what colours to wear.
It might sound silly, but it's a great way to get in tune with your physical self too...... the outline of your lips, the length of your lashes etc. ...without being distracted by looking at yourself too close up in the mirror (which we all know can be darn scary!)
I learnt this trick from being victimised by a right old bi&tch who used to deliberately embarrass me in front of people because I took so long in the bathroom :D She used to boast that it only took her 10 mins to make herself beautiful ..lol .... 5 years later the boot had changed foot! haha
Oh Btw
When you do have time to apply your make-up carefully, you'll think you look a million dollars (not that anyone else would notice! lol but it does make you feel good anyway)

If you're strapped for time try simplifying! Do a neat foundation with a simple liquid/mousse, then use a bit of eyeshadow on lids only (a gold color or a shade that compliments eyes is good), Line upper lid and apply mascara! It makes the eyes pop and is easy and quick. To finish your look use a heavy lip balm to get shiny lips. (I LOVE Blistex daily care treatment jar- it's thick and lasts and gives a great shine!)

my entire morning routine only takes me about ten min everymorning.
wash face
apply moisturizer
apply foundation
set with powder
apply powder blush and/or bronzer
apply eye shadow (optional if I am running late)
eyeliner
mascara
lipgloss.
Normally takes me ten min or less every morning. and I look quite lovely. If you watch TLC what not to wear their make-up artist often teaches people the "ten minute" face and then tells them how to accentuate it for later in the day if you are going out but darkening/intensifying the color.

ok this might be a little long but trust me it only takes 10 mins when u know what to do from the start.
so first get an eyelash curler, curl ur lashes, then get maybelline unstoppable mascara(what is reccommend). put that on will make eyelashes miles long. then, put on color eyeshadow to go wit whatever ur wearing and blend in pretty well until nice color. then, with black eyeliner, go on the inside of ur bottom lashine and apply there. afterwards, apply eyeliner on the top lash line. splash on a small amount of cute blush on the apples of ur cheeks. finally, brush on a little lipgloss(whatver color or clear) and line lips with appropriate lipliner to go with color of gloss. if clear, go with color of ur lips.

Easy put moisturizer on your face, then add a light eye shadow across your brow bone which is right under your eyebrows, add a darker shade to the crease of your eyes then a medium to light shade on your eyelids. Then put some moisturizing gloss on your lips with a shade of lipstick or lip gloss then put a shiny lip gloss over that. Then put on some mascara. Then smooth your eyebrows with an eyebrow brush. Oh and put a natural shade of blush on your cheekbones.

Just use your time wisely. If you need to use foundation spend 3 minutes on it. Then spend 3 minutes on eye makeup, 1 minute on lipstick/lip gloss. Then apply blush for a minute and touch ups for 2 other minutes.

Apply a little bit of liquid foundation with a foundation sponge, being sure to blend around your hairline and jawline, as well as in front of your ears. Put on a swipe of chapstick and mascara. To enhance the look, you can put a little bit of white eyeshadow right below your eyebrow (where it arches), put a little bit of light blush on just the apples of your cheeks, and buff on some loose powder to seal it all in.
