she is annoying and mean but she stilll thinks i want to be her friend. me and my others friends are trying to think of a way to tell her but we can't. HELP!

That is hard. Maybe you should give her a time limit to change. In the background play Nat "King" Cole's 1943 hit, "Straighten Up & Fly Right" or Icecube' "Check Yoself Befoe You Wreck Yoself".

You know, i had a similar situation with one of my good friends. Except i liked her and all my other firends didnt. So they ended up just having to come right out and tell her that she was being rude. & if you respectfully tell the person, and they still arent understanding to how you feel, than it wasnt meant to be a relationship

Don't ignore her. She at least deserves to know why you and your friends don't want to hang out. Write her a letter or talk to her and list specific mean things she has said or done and tell her that she isn't a good friend to you.

Don't tell her anything. Just stop calling her, don't text her, don't send e-mails or forwards. Don't answer her calls or texts. She will eventually get it. She may confront you but just stand your ground and tell her you don't appreciate her mean spirited nature. You have true friends who won't treat you that way and you'd rather spend time with them.

Start saying you're busy when she wants to hang out. Eventually she'll get it. If she asks you, let her know you don't have fun with her like you use to.
