just want to know if you have some difficulty to breath when your stomach contracts

i never had a problem breathing... just that you tense up and dont want to. but actually slow even breathing helps the pain more.

It is not difficult to breath, but you are in pain enough that it is struggling to breath, however I have never heard of anyone NOT breathing while giving birth...so I think you will be alright.

You can yes... just stop what you're doing and focuse on breathing slowly through it... in through the nose out through the mouth worked for me.

YES YES YES!!! My contractions make my breathing harder and also make me very tired feeling.

Yes it is...you need to focus on breathing.
