Apart from the fact they deleted me and told me I had to pay another connection charge they are great. Obviously I told them that one connection was enough and they decided they would be able to retrieve my file, whatever that means. Everything OK now
Just one word of warning you all probably know that it is difficult to install Mcafee when you have already had it on your computer (Mcafee came with 12 months free with sky). You have to get a patch from Mcafee or follow the instructions on their website, I didn't know that, half a day later.........

It took a while to receive all the bits of equipmetn from sky. Now that it's all set up its bloody fantastic, and the package price is great.

Just got it set up 2 days ago. It keeps freezing up, but 10 times faster than NTL which I had previously.

Had it installed in November 06. Problems at first but its now up and running with no problems at all. Good value for money. ( I say that now, but didnt think I ever would!)
