According to the business section in The Times, they will cease at "the end of February". I'm a Virgin Media customer myself and feel a bit hard done by with all this - we will no longer get the service we signed up for, so do we get a reduction in our subscription fee?
I appreciate thisis not Richard Branson's doing, Sky are clearly threatened by him and are not playing the game. I feel sorry for Richard as he's currently dealing with the train crash which I might add, if it wasn't for his quality train there would have been untold deaths in that tragedy. Give him his due, he puts his money where his mouth is.

virgin are not getting rid of the sky channels they could be taken away by sky as virgin do not want to pay the exorbitant rates that sky want.if virgin paid sky the extra monies we would have to pay more for virgin.so your options are miss out on sky on virgin or migrate to sky,or get sky through your PC

It's a money thing!! - The business year commences 6 April 2007 - That seems a good enough time to 'pull the plug' on a service which ntl/telewest had no difficulty providing! :-)

I didn't know Virgin were going to do that, I think that they're really gonna shoot themselves in the foot. I know lots of people that enjoy watching Nip/Tuck and Stargate and I think that thats a really stupid idea, especially as they are charging so much for the packages anyway.
