ok well here ismy promblem.this guy was brothering me last week and I told him if he dont stop I will give his agenda(something we have to write in everday)to this popular guy named john john well he did not stop so I did give his agenda to the popular kid.John John now will not give the agenda back to the guy that was bothering me and he said if I dont get it back or buy him a new one
($5.00)he will beat me up so what should I do?Also he said he will get his parents to come to the school.And John John threw away codys agenda.Im so messed up.

well if he takes his parents tell the principal that he threatened to beat you up and that he kept bugging you and thats why you took it away

You better fess up to your folks and the school administrators. Be prepared to offer $5 for the value of the agenda, and be prepared to get detention for a few days.
If Cody physically assaults you, turn him in! No one is allowed to violate your personal space, or mistreat you. If he continues to threaten you, go tell the school authorities, or your parents or the police. He can not threaten you or beat you up.
So take responsibility for your actions, be prepared for those consequences, and don't take any crap from this Cody jerk.
