I don't like it, but JR has earned the right to leave or retire. The one thing I don't like is the plan of having Michael Cole as the announcer for both Raw and Smackdown. I don't mind Michael Cole as the Smackdown announcer but I find him too annoying to be the announcer for Raw as well because he occasionally comes of as snobby and a nerd but he is a good announcer don't get me wrong. I hope that answers your question.

If Ross does leave and they replace him with Cole, they should replace Cole on Smackdown. He shouldn't be pulling double duty.
