Okay, so I am in love with this girl, she tells me she loves me and wants a life with me, but she wont say that she is IN love with me, just loves me. Says I might be her soul mate, but kinda refuses to say she is in love with me, whats up with that? So, should I stay, or let her go and do whatever on her own and be done with the whole thing!?

I have a theory that there are no soul mates. There IS one person who is better fitted for you than anyone and will make you happier than anyone else can. I also believe that there are many other people who you can make a wonderful life with, they are a good fit, a wonderful fit even....but maybe not YOUR best fit. And your best fit, will be someone who you are a best fit for. It sounds like you have a wonderful fit with her, and she feels the same, but you just aren't her best fit and there is something telling her that. Don't be angry that this has happened, because you always feel like you cant love that much, until you meet the next love of your life, and then you look back and think, wow, back then I couldn't even imagine that i could love even more than that. My advice is to let her go and be happy that the 2 of you had the wonderful luck of meeting one of your wonderful "fits" before you meet your BEST fit. I think that having wonderful, almost perfect fits in your past, make you a better person, a stronger rock, and a more compassionate addition to the life of your BEST Fit.

You do not think, what the reason which has set you thinking is very important? You are not satisfied with this kinda relationship! Is it fair? There is only one thing which unites friendship with love : It should be the mutual exchange . If you re capable of loving this person and you do bring all feelings to her,why she cant answer you???
In my opinion its not a love! Its kind of provocation ! She likes to show that her love much more poorly than yours. She even doesn't care about your feelings after such kind of her natural truth. That's terrible!
You should let her know how its important to you what kind of feelings she has! ...and if there is nothing inside her, just think: do you need that girl?

I say you let her go & you will have someone who will love you
& be in love with you.

You know, I hear people saying the same thing over & over: I love you but I am not in love with you !!!!!
What on earth this suppose to mean ??

Love is love. There is no half love & half whatever they want to put a name tag on it.
Same thing happened to my friend. His ex-girlfriend told him the same irrational thing: I love you but I am not in love.
He took it simply & went on with the relationship.
A month after she asked him if they she can have a break from him for a week.
When he asked her why, she said that, she wants to date some other guy.
When he got upset of such a request she replied: but we agreed that I am not in love with you, I only love you !!!!!

Thank God, my friend left her & he considered this as a slap on the face.

Trust me, when people start twisting things like this, it means one thing: they are not into love & they just want to play around.
When I am in love, I am totally into this man. I respect him, honor him & he will be the man I want to be with all the time.

Good luck

What people say is often meaningless.

For example, maybe you SAY you love her completely, but don't make time for her or treat her well. Maybe she SAYS she loves you, but isn't 'in love' with you, but puts aside her whole agenda whenever you're available and finds all kinds of ways to make or keep you happy.

Get it?

Love takes time. Be patient, this saying is so true, it what proves someones worthy of their love (everybody is btw, but for romantic love I'm sure girls want to know it's for real before we say the 3 magic words). >goodluck<

I think you need to find someone who can be IN love with you, not someone who just loves you, I love my dog, I love my job, I love my new computer. She just wants to play you----don't let her!

Beine IN love, is very special and if she can't be that way with you, then tell her your moving on

well what does she say? does she say....i love you but not 'in love with you?' or does she say, she loves you and wants a life with you. seems 'wants a life with you' is 'in love'? no? how are her actions with you? consider how she is with other people...is she different with you? maybe she is not good expressing her emotions with words. give her some time. seems like she wants to move forward with you. its a good thing. peace

Well it sounds like you two are not on the same page. Maybe your idea of love is different then hers. That would not be good.

If you cannot say it the way you need it and you feel unsatisfied with it then why bother. tell her she has to decide and don't let her keep pulling at your heart strings .
