so all the games now say, for example "requires 3.2 ghz." but what if i had a computer with a 2.0 ghz dual core CPU, would it be sufficient?

Depends, but more often than not you have the requirements.

Because Duel Cores are not yet extremely common, some games don't know how to handle duel cores, so for those you may only show up as a 2Ghz and that's all they may process. I doubt this will happen though, and even if it is, you have to notice that it often says 3.2 GHZ P4 and Duel cores are NOT P4s and are actually more efficient, (IE Core Duo) So You will need a less Ghz for more performance. So your probably set to run that program.

:)

Microsoft Game Advisor http://gameadvisor.futuremark.com/gameadvisor/service/ tells you if you can or can't run a game and what you need to do to run it. Now Game on.
