There is no such thing as a right answer. If you think you have an idea already, take it to class. Your teacher will be happy that you came up with good ideas, especially if you can say "I think it's this because..........." and explain why.
Don't be afraid! There is no such thing as a wrong answer in literature! Creative thought is the best way to open your mind and make yourself a stronger, smarter reader and a more interesting person. Good for you for coming up with your own ideas. Now take them to class and stand up for them!!!!
