It's a science fiction book and it was about a boy who mysteriously appears in a house with no memory of who he is or how he got there. There are other people in this house and each one has a unique psychic gift. The boy discovers that he has a talent for teleportation, but he doesn't remember where he came from or who he is. He has a memory that his life was in danger and he fleeing. I hope someone can help me. For the life of me I can't remember the name of this book!

I went to the website below. It allows readers to input known facts about a book, example: main character male, child or teen, has teleportion skill, and 'suspenseful (sophisticated fear) for your book. It came back with 50 titles! Maybe one of them will "ring a bell" for your?
I did not see a place to input possible publication date though, darn it!

Sounds like it could be a Stephen King book. I'm not sure though
