If you look at the APRs for these payment plans, most of them are overpriced. Use a credit card instead.
e.g.
Dell finance: 17.24% - 29.99% APR (dell.com)
Capital One No Hassle card: 13.9% APR (capitalone.com)
There are a few "X months free credit" around, but these are traps, if you don't pay in full on time, you're charged back interest from day one. Ouch.

The best payment plan you can possibly use is to make payments to yourself before you buy the laptop, then pay cash for it. You will save money on interest, probably get a better price on a laptop, and you will learn good financial management.

my boyfriend loves newegg.com
I'm not sure about payment plans, but he got a "credit card" thru them and paid that monthly. I say credit card loosely, as he never recieved an actual card, but he does have a credit limit of like $500 dollars. Weird, but he's bought a 27" tv from them, and a 22" monitor. Loves them, alot.
